What we're looking for

  • Customer Service is at the forefront of this role - you will be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, delivering consistent exceptional client handling.
  • Reporting into a Team Leader, you will join a team of Business Travel Administrators sharing wider duties.
  • Managing email, high volume call handling, reporting, project work and departmental support across all areas of the business.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Answer and manage all incoming calls, managing expectations at all times.
  • Log all incoming accommodation and travel requirements and provide information on turnaround times.
  • Monitor all incoming email inboxes, loading new enquiries or amendments and responding to or forwarding emails as required.
  • Operate the chat box/WhatsApp function on Inntel's booking tool.
  • Create client profiles and manage client databases.
  • Process VCC (virtual credit card) payments for bookings.
  • Support all client implementation plans as required.
  • Assist in the training of new starters from other departments.
  • Support with specific projects and general reviews as required.
  • Support with Audits, H&S and Compliance checks.
  • Practice total quality commitment, to the mutual benefit of the company and its clients.
  • Any other office support tasks as required.
