Job Description
As Business Transformation & Execution Manager, you will play a key role in translating strategic plans into concrete, executable projects. You will act as the bridge between the management team's strategic direction and the operational teams responsible for implementation.
This is not a purely strategic or advisory role. You will be expected to take ownership, structure initiatives, align stakeholders and actively drive projects forward. You will work on complex, high-impact projects that improve efficiency, scalability and business performance across the organization.
Your goal is to help the company work smarter, not simply harder. A major focus will be on process optimization, automation and preparing the organization for a future in which technology, data and AI play an increasingly important role.
