We are recruiting a passionate and enthusiastic Business Teacher to inspire and develop the next generation of business professionals, entrepreneurs, and future leaders. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high quality lessons to post 16 learners, teaching Business Studies across A Level, BTEC, T Level, or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver innovative lessons that meet statutory and college curriculum requirements.
• Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and support learners to achieve their goals.
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages commercial awareness, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Prepare learners for higher education, apprenticeships, or employment within the business sector.

Qualifications

• Holder of QTS, PGCE, Cert Ed or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 5, Further Education, A Level, BTEC or equivalent level.
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for business education.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to raising achievement and supporting student success.
