Business Systems Data Lead

At System C, data underpins how we support health and care organisations to deliver better outcomes. We are looking for aBusiness Systems Data Leadtojoin our team in anewly created role, offering the opportunity to shape how data is managed across business systems andestablishbest practices as the function evolves.

You willbeakey pointofcontact for data across systems such asSalesforce, Workday, NetSuite,Percursiveand Jira.Helping to ensure data isaccurate, connected and delivering real value to the business.

This is ahands-onrolewhereyou'lltake ownership of data governance, dataflowsand integration between systems, while working closely with stakeholders across Finance,Sales, HR & Services.

You'llplayan important rolein bringing data together fromdifferent sources, improving its quality and helpingcreate a clear, trusted 'source of truth' across the organisation.

What you will do

Working through the enterprise integration platform, you will ensure data flows are robust, well-governed, and aligned to business priorities.

Youwill:

• Own and develop data governance practices across business systems, working closely with system owners and building on existing processes.
• Manage and improve data flows and integrations between key platforms.
• Work with system owners to ensure data accuracy,consistency,and quality.
• Help define andmaintaina source of truth for business0critical data.
• Collaborate with stakeholder across Finance, HR, Sales & Services.
• Support the improvement of reporting and data-driven insights.
• Ensuring all data movementcomplies withsecurity, privacy, and regulatory obligations, including GDPR.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone withsolidexperienceworking with data acrosssystems, who enjoys problem solving and improving how data is used in a businessenvironment. This role would suit someone currently working in a Data, BI, or Business Systems role who is looking to step into a more architect-focused position with greater ownership and impact.

You will have:

• Experience working with data across multiple systems.
• Exposure to system integrations and how data moves between platforms.
• The ability tounderstand complex dataand simplify itfor others.
• Strong communicationskills, with confidencecollaboratingwith non-technical stakeholders.
• A practical hands-on approach with a focus on getting things working effectively.
