Reperio has partnered with a company who are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their team and contribute to the successful delivery of internal technical solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, developing technical specifications, and supporting the delivery of system solutions that drive business value.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define systems requirements.
• Develop technical specifications for solutions to meet business needs.
• Support senior team members in identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Participate in projects to enhance internally developed platforms.
• Liaise with IT Development to ensure systems meet required standards.
• Support data integrity for customer and supplier information during system changes.
• Work with the technical support team to ensure necessary infrastructure changes are addressed.
• Assist in scenario testing before user acceptance testing.

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in systems development and technical solution design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in systems development.
