Job Description

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in HR, IT systems, and compliance-driven projects?

This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in delivering systems and process improvements across a dynamic global organisation, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and user adoption of People and Culture (P&C) technologies.

What you'll be doing

Business Analysis & Service Delivery
  • Analyse business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements such as user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria using agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and daily stand-ups to refine requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and prioritise product backlogs to maintain focus on high-impact deliverables and compliance obligations.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and oversee defect triage and resolution to deliver high-quality system releases.
  • Document and map current ("As Is") and future ("To Be") business processes to support audits, system migrations, and organisational change initiatives.
  • Work across HR, People & Culture, Workforce Management, and IT Service Management systems such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Jira, Zellis, and SaaS scheduling tools like HumanForce and RotaGeek.
Compliance, Risk & Governance
  • Coordinate compliance, risk, and governance activities to maintain alignment with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct vendor security reviews, GDPR and data privacy impact assessments, and ensure adherence to SOX audit standards for enterprise applications.
  • Oversee third-party risk management, ensuring all vendors meet ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards, and maintain up-to-date statements of applicability and audit documentation.
  • Collaborate with security and procurement teams to ensure secure onboarding of vendors, integration of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and sustained SaaS compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and evidence for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GDPR, SOX, CPRA, CCPA, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and related frameworks.
Training & Adoption
  • Develop user-friendly training materials, manuals, and workshops to drive engagement and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Support business units in embedding governance and compliance practices through agile Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and scalable solution rollouts.
  • Oversee post-implementation support and steady-state operations to sustain performance and efficiency across P&C systems.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within HR, IT, or enterprise-level business transformation environments.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Practical experience with HRIS, workforce management, or ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Zellis, HumanForce, RotaGeek).
  • Excellent understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in conducting workshops, managing UAT, and ensuring system adoption.
