Business System Analyst

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing).
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows for ERP configuration and development.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to understand current state operations and define future state processes.
- Support data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation efforts.
- Assist in ERP system testing, including developing test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and tracking issues.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Provide post implementation support and help drive user adoption through training and documentation.
- Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency.
- Participate in CBS driven kaizen activities and standard work adoption.
- Support continuous improvement projects and system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision making.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), business processes, and data management.
- Proficient in Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to travel as needed across site locations.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field required. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are a plus or in progress.
