Business Support Manager

We're looking for a proactive Property Systems Specialist/Business Support Manager to support and enhance a growing property management system landscape. The role focuses on improving and configuring property management systems (such as MRI, Yardi, or RealPage), supporting releases, reporting, and day-to-day system usage. You'll work closely with operational teams, technical stakeholders, and external suppliers to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues. Responsibilities also include maintaining data integrity, workflows, user roles, and documentation. This is a hands-on opportunity with real impact as the platform continues to scale and evolve.
