Job Description

Up to £34,000 pa / £17.43 per hour based on qualifications and experience

Full-time

This Business Coordinator role is based at our London Office and supports the Service Director in overseeing services across London and Essex.

Responsibilities
  • Complete a variety of tasks allocated by the Service Director
  • Undertake rota checks to ensure all commissioned hours are delivered
  • Monitor overtime for staff
  • Prepare invoicing schedules for the finance team to reflect frontline delivery
  • Monitor financial performance of services against budgets
  • Plan and support interviews
  • Work with the Recruitment Team to ensure roles are advertised
  • Write job packs and adverts to fill vacancies
  • Monitor agency expenditure against local and national KPIs
  • Work with the central Bank Team to agree agency bookings
  • Help set up new services
Qualifications and skills

An approachable and warm manner with excellent customer care skills is essential. The role requires an individual with strong numerical proficiency, excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and service invoicing. Proficiency in data entry, minute taking, and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary. A proactive, well organised, resilient and enthusiastic attitude will enable you to work independently and as part of a team.

Employment details

Full-time, based in North London with frequent travel to other parts of London and Essex.
