The Business Support Analyst role is responsible for supporting the preparation and coordination of capacity and production plans to ensure operational and customer requirements are achieved. The successful candidate will assist with reporting, stock management, and general business administration while working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Customer Service and external suppliers.

This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the compilation and maintenance of capacity and production plans in line with business and customer requirements.
• Assist with stock management activities to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Customer Service teams to review historical sales trends and identify demand drivers.
• Support planning activities to ensure production schedules align with customer demand and operational capacity.
• Provide administrative support across the business as required.
• Ensure all reporting and planning activities are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
