What you'll be doing:

• Providing extensive administrative support across the business
• Assisting with project delivery, ensuring key milestones are tracked and documented
• Supporting compliance processes and documentation
• Preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating internal communications
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations

• A strong background in administration, ideally within a fast-paced or technical environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to support multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency with MS Office and business systems
