Section 1 - Defining the position in the Organisation

Position Title: Business Services Trainee

Reporting Relationships: Report to: Business Services Partner

Department: Business Services

Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 5 days per week

Salary range: National Minimum Wage with steady pay increases

This role will be to work on 30+ clients - posting invoices, reconciling bank and preparing journals such as accruals, prepayments and depreciation. They will also have opportunity to compile limited company accounts under supervision.

Section 3 - The Position

• Data processing and reconciliations
• Assistance on accounts preparation
• Other ad-hoc duties
• Dealing with ad hoc queries raised by clients
• Experience with Sage Line 50, Xero and other products
