Responsibilities- Can manage key school administration tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Is organised, proactive, and able to prioritise a varied workload.
- Communicates clearly with staff, parents, contractors, and the Trust team.
- Can handle finance processes such as invoices, payments, and basic reconciliations.
- Is confident managing HR admin, staff records, and required census returns.
- Pays attention to detail in safeguarding, data protection, and health & safety compliance.
- Can support site operations, lettings, and contractor liaison when needed.
- Is flexible, reliable, and committed to supporting the smooth running of the school.
