Job Description
Business Project Officer Provide comprehensive administrative support to project leads and senior managers Maintain and monitor project documentation, schedules, budgets, and action logs Organise and minute internal meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on decisions and actions Track project progress and support reporting on key milestones and deliverables Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues Summarise and analyse project data, producing clear reports and recommendations Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery Support the implementation of change initiatives and process improvements
What We're Looking ForStrong administrative background with experience supporting multiple projects Excellent organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Able to work independently and manage competing priorities Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
DesirableExperience in the charity or not-for-profit sector Exposure to project management tools or methodologies Degree-level education or equivalent experience
