Business Process Expert Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

ASML is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Business Process Expert to support the global rollout of a new CLM platform. This critical role will drive process design, system configuration, and data migration efforts to streamline contract management across Legal, Procurement, and IT functions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead or support CLM implementation workstreams
• Configure the new CLM platform and migrate data from Ariba
• Optimize clause libraries and templates
• Define and document end-to-end contract processes with stakeholders
• Support workshops, testing, and change management
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution

Education and Experience:

• 10-15 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience, either as manager or contributor, in large complex and agile projects covering implementation of a functional application, in the setting of a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of CLM processes, tools, and technologies.
• Preferably experience with CLM application implementation projects, such as Icertis, Agiloft or Sirionlabs covering the activities of process design, system configuration, testing, training and change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, IT or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
