Job Description
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and operation of Park West within the areas under your remit.
- Ensure the delivery of a consistently high level of service to tenants, occupiers and other stakeholders across the Park.
- Manage and coordinate external service providers, contractors and consultants, ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards, budgets and timelines.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of common areas and Harcourt Developments-managed buildings across the Park.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants, occupiers, advisors, contractors and other key stakeholders.
- Support the preparation, management and reporting of service charge budgets and expenditure, ensuring effective cost control and value for occupiers.
- Contribute to the ongoing management and performance of the property portfolio.
- Monitor and manage property-related risks, ensuring appropriate controls and mitigation measures are in place.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and statutory compliance across common areas and managed buildings.
- Oversee relevant inspections, maintenance programmes and compliance requirements, ensuring issues are identified and addressed promptly.
- At least 10 years' relevant experience in commercial property management, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of commercial property management and service charge methodologies.
- Proven experience managing contractors, suppliers and external service providers.
- Strong organisational and commercial skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with tenants, contractors, advisors and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong commitment to delivering high service standards.
- Strong understanding of health & safety, risk management and property compliance.
- Eligibility to work full-time in the Republic of Ireland.
- Company pension contribution of 5% following successful completion of a six-month probationary period
- Eligibility to join the company healthcare scheme following successful completion of a six-month probationary period, subject to Benefit-in-Kind (BIK).
