For more information, visit Role Summary and Impact As a Business Operations Manager on the Open Connect (EE) team, you are vital to ensuring our team is operating at its best. In this role, you will partner with the account team to ensure projects are organized and progressing, and we are delivering on our commitments to EE. Utilizing your critical thinking and multi-tasking skills, you will serve as a key link between different discipline teams within Open Connect. More specifically, you'll: Project Management 
- Deliver consistently outstanding project management best practices - working with the client director to identify, scope, and deliver projects.
- Oversee all elements of the project lifecycle, applying a varied toolbox of PM techniques, including both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical and non-technical requirements, defining quality criteria and ensuring these are met.
- Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Design and establish new processes, workflows, and operating models with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strive for continuous improvement and contribute to the advancement of project maturity across the organization.
- Build trusted relationships with the OpenConnect team and broader stakeholders, providing coaching on best practices in PMO, change management, and project delivery.
- Guide stakeholders and project teams, adapting to changing requirements and resolving unforeseen challenges.
- Build a strong network within the OpenConnect team to drive business objectives.
- Communicate effectively, remove obstacles, and resolve conflicts.
- Develop change and communication plans to facilitate adoption and sustain change post-implementation.
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery.

- Familiarity with the advertising and media landscape.
- Knowledge of project management approaches.
- Experience in preparing management reports, establishing governance, and chairing meetings to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-sufficient with quick learning ability and minimal supervision.
- Creative problem-solver capable of developing concrete requirements from unclear situations.
- Critical thinker with macro and micro perspectives.
- Multitasker able to handle multiple projects while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Significant relevant digital media experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills ideal.
- Experience with Wrike or similar workflow management tools preferred.
- Client management experience is a plus.
