Business Manager -Ortho, WC, Compression & Medical

We're recruiting for a well-established healthcare sales and marketing company on a Business Manager role covering their Ortho, Woundcare, Compression & Medical portfolios. This is a backfill following an internal promotion, so you'd be stepping into a running team with clear structure and support in place.

You'll take full commercial ownership of the territory - leading a team of Product Specialists, managing P&L down to NP1, and driving strategy with key hospital and HSE stakeholders across Ireland.

• Proven medical device sales experience with senior-level relationships across HSE and private healthcare
• A track record managing margin, budgets and forecasting, not just closing sales
• Experience leading and developing a sales team
• Strong commercial instincts and comfort presenting to senior leadership

• €85,000-€95,000 base + up to €30k bonus
