Job Description
Position Summary 
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of our internal marketing production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budget oversight and management, reporting, presentation skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Power BI, and project management skills. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and impactful marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Oversight and Management
- Develop, monitor, and manage the marketing production team's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.
- Track and report on budget performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Generate and analyze regular reports on team performance, project progress, and budget utilization.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI and PowerPoint to create insightful and visually appealing presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Presentation and Communication
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings, progress, and recommendations.
- Communicate complex financial and operational information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Project Management
- Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria.
- Implement project management best practices and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in budget oversight and management, preferably within a marketing or production environment.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with experience using Power BI and/or advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Basic project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience working in a marketing or creative production environment.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or financial management.
