- Develop and grow a client portfolio within the freelance / contract market
- Identify and open new high-potential accounts
- Understand clients' business challenges and projects to deliver tailored solutions
- Build and manage a strong network of qualified freelance consultants
- Negotiate commercial terms (daily rates, margins, contracts)
- Actively contribute to the structuring and strategic direction of Sander's freelance practice
