Business Manager

A top-tier investment management is looking to hire a Business Manager to join the growing Investment team.

This is a newly created position working in the front office to help deliver projects and strategic initiatives to benefit the investment business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategically important projects to close supervisory gaps for each Investment group
• Design, implement and maintain reporting and tools for use by the investment team
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the Investment team, Risk, Compliance and IT
• Support fiduciary and regulatory oversight

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar Business Analyst/Manager, Project Management or Consulting function
• Prior knowledge of the Investment Management industry
• Proven project management and organisational skills
• Degree educated
• Strong communication skills, being effective interacting with senior stakeholders
• Willingness and aptitude to explore the use of new technology
