Your Next Challenge We are seeking a Business Manager to support the Global Head of Private Clients in managing the UK Private Client business and project managing the Global Restore Programme. This role involves proactive engagement and coordination across the organization to achieve programme outcomes. Responsibilities include process management, governance, control within the UKPC business, and partnering with the Head of Front Office, TTT, and Group entities. The initial focus will be managing the Restore programme, which sets the framework for process governance and control, alongside delivering MI to support business objectives. Key Accountabilities Governance- Review, map, and optimize key processes
- Establish the governance framework
- Develop and execute TOM for GPC in collaboration with GHPC
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure UKPC is well supported and SLAs are met
- Manage upcoming deadlines proactively to ensure timely delivery
- Handle ad-hoc projects for GHPC
- Consolidate and manage actions for GHPC, aligning objectives, projects, and BAU activities
- Experience in a large international organization
- Experience managing teams
- Knowledge of UK financial regulations related to retail clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Ability to create clear, concise presentations for executive and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Decisive thinking, independent judgment, and conclusion drawing
- Team-oriented, capable of collaborating across functions to achieve goals
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Resilient personality, comfortable progressing towards goals amid uncertainty
- Experience in governance and large-scale projects within Financial Institutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work agilely with discipline and structure
- High integrity and strong moral compass
- Experience in TOM projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
