What you'll do

Lead an eight-person BI and experimentation squad

Replace 200 plus legacy reports with dynamic dashboards in Looker

Roll out Generative BI tools that give marketers instant answers

Coach stakeholders to shift from ad-hoc requests to data-driven decisions

Present ROI stories to the CMO and CDAO

What we're looking for

Proven leadership of a cloud BI team, ideally on BigQuery + Looker

Deep understanding of digital-marketing data from Meta, GA4 or Adobe Analytics

Track record steering multi-million change programmes and influencing senior leaders

Ability to translate technical detail into clear commercial actions

CMO-level sponsorship and budget secured for a three-year transformation

Green-field autonomy inside a FTSE 50 organisation
