Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to help drive data-informed decision-making and deliver meaningful insights across the organisation. You'll play a key role in gathering, analysing, and visualising data to identify trends and support operational and strategic goals.
Working within a collaborative BI team, you'll use tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel to design reports, build dashboards, and ensure the business has access to accurate, timely, and actionable data. After a successful probation period, the role moves to a hybrid model (3 days in the office per week).

You'll be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration and curiosity are key, as you'll be working closely with teams across the business.
Requirements Essential:

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
- Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Design data models and ensure data quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on KPIs across multiple business areas.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business actions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of BI tools.

Requirements Essential:
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar
- SQL skills
- Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data cleansing).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Power BI knowledge
- Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration tools, and statistical methods.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
