London Bridge Healthcare is part of Richmond Pharmacology and is a new state of the art private outpatient medical clinic based near London Bridge station. Our team specialise in a variety of medical services including Varicose Vein Treatment - Radio-frequency Ablation and laser, Coronary Health Checks, Gynaecology, Urology, Dermatology and Orthopaedics minor procedures

The Role

This role is responsible for managing all inbound patient enquiries, qualifying potential patients via telephone, and converting interest into booked and paid consultations with in-house doctors. The BDR will act as the first point of contact for prospective patients, ensuring a fast, professional, and structured response that balances clinical sensitivity with commercial focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume inbound leads ( 50/day) across multiple channels, responding to all enquiries within 1 hour
  • Conduct structured calls to assess patient needs, suitability, and urgency, building trust and driving conversion to paid consultations
  • Clearly communicate consultation process, specialist value, and pricing, securing commitment and payment at booking
  • Ensure accurate scheduling aligned with treatment type and clinician availability
  • Proactively follow up on unresponsive, undecided, and lapsed leads until booking or disqualification
  • Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records (Zoho), including call activity, lead status, and detailed notes
  • Manage bookings via Semble and ensure all communication activity (Microsoft Teams) is logged and aligned
  • Collaborate with clinical, finance, and leadership teams to optimise scheduling and elevate priority cases
  • Own the full lead lifecycle, ensuring SLA adherence, effective pipeline management, and clear qualification decisions
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in a telephone-based sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism
  • Confident in closing and asking for payment
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems
