Job Description

Overview:

Join the Out-of-Home department to drive the expansion of a flexible and sustainable delivery network. As a Business Development Representative, you'll have a key role to develop and scale the acquisition and onboarding of new Out-of-Home site locations, including businesses like gas stations, grocery stores, parkings and more.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Acquisition: Be the owner of prospecting and securing new Out-of-Home sites, promoting the benefits of joining our network.
  2. Onboarding & Contracting: Manage the full process from prospecting to signing agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding for new sites, controlling and verifying the monthly invoices of the Sites.
  3. After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to ensure successful site operations and strong relationships, incidences are tracked and collaborating with the designated teams to improve the Site experience.
  4. Reporting: Track and report lead acquisition and deployment progress to the Head of Out-of-Home on a weekly basis.
  5. Collaboration: Work with other teams to create co-marketing strategies and develop training materials for new sites.


Requirement:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
  2. Strong presentation skills to effectively pitch the value of becoming an Out-of-Home site.
  3. +2 years proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in logistics environment (Last Mile or Out-of-Home is a plus)
  4. Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and close deals.
  5. Strong organizational skills to track progress, timelines, and site onboarding.



Qualifications:

High School preferred


Language:

Proficiency in Spanish and English (Chinese is a plus).
