Job Description
Position Summary

Business Development Representative (BDR) in Corporate Sales team. Focus on inbound qualification and outbound prospecting, with an emphasis on growing the EMEA market.

Key Performance Outcomes

Within 15 days: Familiarize with Omnissa portfolio and use cases through online training and 1:1 sessions.

Within 30 days: Qualify inbound leads, execute outbound prospecting strategies, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Within 90 days: Actively qualify inbound leads, contribute to outbound prospecting, understand business processes, and the Omnissa portfolio.

Within 180 days: Proficiently identify and qualify new prospects; actively contribute to the team's sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads, qualify inbound prospects, and execute outbound outreach campaigns.
  • Build and nurture leads, engaging prospects and customers to qualify needs and ensure smooth transition to the sales team.
  • Contribute to the EMEA market growth by maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Deliver weekly reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Attend weekly Sales training and team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Persistent self starter with a proven track record in lead generation or prospecting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Experience qualifying inbound leads and identifying outbound prospects via cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Strong collaboration skills to support a smooth lead transition to the sales team.
  • Capability to deliver weekly reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
  • Ability to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Participation in weekly Sales training and team meetings, with a willingness to share knowledge.
Language Requirements

Fluent in French, German, Spanish, or Italian (English also required).
