Business Development Manager - Permanent Magherafelt

Riada Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a long-established manufacturing company with over 80 years of industry expertise.


This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to shape and grow the company's sales function across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Combining account management with strategic business development, you'll be responsible for expanding market share, developing new opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 5.30pm
  • Friday: 8.00am - 3.00pm

The Role:

  • Drive business growth across the Republic of Ireland through strategic market development.
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships throughout Northern Ireland.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive networking and lead generation.
  • Provide technical guidance on window, door and fire door solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage your own schedule and priorities with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Support the continued development and future growth of the sales department.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
  • A track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience within construction, manufacturing, joinery or a related sector (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout NI and ROI.
