We're now looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base and grow key accounts. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to make a direct and lasting impact on our sales performance and the future of the business.

The Role

Join a fast-growing HVAC hire company as a key sales driver. You'll be responsible for growing business in the London region - finding new clients, growing existing accounts, and delivering tailored technical hire solutions (boilers, chillers, and portable HVAC systems).

Key Responsibilities
  • 75%: Prospect and win new business
  • 25%: Grow and manage existing accounts
  • Identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals
  • Conduct site surveys, prepare quotes, and manage sales pipeline
  • Use CRM system to track activities and ensure data accuracy
  • Deliver great customer service and work towards set KPIs
  • Spend approx. 60% of time in the field with customers

What We're Looking For
  • Sales experience in B2B or hire/rental environments
  • Strong technical understanding or willingness to learn
  • Self-starter with a structured, target-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiar with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools
  • Full UK driving licence and flexible with travel/out-of-hours work

Other Requirements
  • Holds a full, clean and valid driving licence
  • Able to work out of hours as and when required, and be part of the on-call rota
  • Willing to travel extensively within the region
