We're now looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our customer base and grow key accounts. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to make a direct and lasting impact on our sales performance and the future of the business.
The RoleJoin a fast-growing HVAC hire company as a key sales driver. You'll be responsible for growing business in the London region - finding new clients, growing existing accounts, and delivering tailored technical hire solutions (boilers, chillers, and portable HVAC systems).

Key Responsibilities- 75%: Prospect and win new business
- 25%: Grow and manage existing accounts
- Identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals
- Conduct site surveys, prepare quotes, and manage sales pipeline
- Use CRM system to track activities and ensure data accuracy
- Deliver great customer service and work towards set KPIs
- Spend approx. 60% of time in the field with customers
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience in B2B or hire/rental environments
- Strong technical understanding or willingness to learn
- Self-starter with a structured, target-driven approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Organised, motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Familiar with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools
- Full UK driving licence and flexible with travel/out-of-hours work
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
