The Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of the Tours &
Activities business across Europe. In this role, you will collaborate with regional BD
managers, Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to expand our
product portfolio, strengthen supplier relationships, and enhance market
competitiveness for
In this Role, you'll:
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
- Source, onboard, and manage partnerships with tour operators; negotiate and renew contracts.
- Lead initiatives that align with overall company strategy to drive regional revenue growth.
- Enhance product coverage and ensure competitive pricing across Europe
- Support partners with performance data, industry insights, and marketing resources to maximize sales.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless product onboarding and content optimization.
- Provide support to Operation team to resolve booking issues and ensure user satisfaction.
- Identify and negotiate innovative projects with supplier that have the potential to scale rapidly.
- Manage the project pipeline and execute initiatives to deliver measurable

- Chinese Native speaker with excellent English proficiency
- At least 3 years of experience in the Tours & Activities sector or OTAs. Strong
- connections with key tour operators and tourism authorities are advantageous.
- Proven record of business development skills, strong strategic thinking capability, and data analysis capability. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Adaptable in multicultural and fast-paced environments
- Positive and enthusiastic team player with a strong service consciousness.
