Business Development Manager (Europe)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete the regional or customer sales target, independently develop new integrator

customers, and increase product sales scope and market share.

• Establish targeted customer development strategies in the designated territory and set up

overall strategy for long term partnership.

• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to get Absen in the vendor system

and get Absen products specified into projects as preferred vendor.

• Keep informed of products, services, and other general information of interest to listed

accounts.

• Have experience with Direct view LED and have some hands-on experience to provide support

in demo shootouts.

• Coordinate with the internal team to provide support to channel partners, integrators and

consultants during the implementation of the projects.

• Provide Lunch and Learn, sales training, local show, or demo support on site from local if

needed.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect market and industry information, deliver market insights and analysis to the internal

team and provide quarterly reports to superiors

• Communicate with other Absen business units or departments to exchange info or market

insights.

• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management,

or a related field.

• A minimum of five years of experience in sales, engineering, key account management, or

project management within the LED industry.

• Proven experience in stage and event equipment rental.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Excellent client-focused problem-solving abilities and solution delivery.

• Proven ability to thrive and meet performance expectations in a high-pressure environment.

• Fluency in English and the local language (Italian/German/Dutch) and you can base one of the 3 countries.

• A valid driver's license is required, along with the willingness to travel frequently
