Location: Ireland Salary: €55,000-€70,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Benefit

The Opportunity- Win new business across multimodal freight, from prospecting through to closing deals.
- Develop tailored logistics solutions for SMEs and multinational customers.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
- Work closely with operations teams to deliver seamless customer onboarding and service.
- Proven business development experience within freight forwarding or logistics.
- A track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach and understanding of multimodal freight solutions.
