About Your New Job as a Business Development Manager

• As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership for driving profitable sales across Leinster & Munster.
• This Business Development Manager position is four days out on the road visiting clients and one day from home.
• You will research, identify, and convert new business opportunities within retail and merchants.

What Skills You Need to be the Business Development Manager

• Previous experience in field sales within plumbing, bathroom sector, hardware, or related sectors.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial understanding of the bathroom, plumbing, or hardware market.
• Full, clean driving license and ability to travel regularly within the region.

• €50-55k Base Salary
