Salary: Circa £44,415 - £61,000

Working style: Hybrid (2 days at our Bermondsey office)

Role Purpose

To lead and support the development of successful bids for restricted funding from major government and institutional donors that will support the delivery of IPPF's Strategic Framework.

Context of Role

• The Donor Relations and Fundraising team works towards mobilising funding critical to achieving the organisation's mission and championing IPPF's Strategy 2028.
• The role will lead IPPF's relationships with several donors, reaching core funding targets and developing a pipeline of restricted funding opportunities from these donors.
• The role will also develop and maintain a bid pipeline aligned with programmatic priorities, ensuring diversification of funding where feasible, particularly identifying new funding opportunities for areas of IPPF's Strategy 2028.
• This role is vital within IPPF's Donor Relations and Fundraising team, working closely with team members and Regional Offices across the Secretariat.
