Business Development Manager

Here at Harvey Nash, we're working with a growing client who is looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team, hit the ground running, and drive technology and cyber security sales across Scotland.
This role will focus on generating new business by offering a tailored range of technology and cyber security solutions to meet the evolving needs of clients. You will play a key role in identifying and building relationships with potential customers through a variety of methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
You'll manage the full sales life cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis through to proposal, negotiation, and closing and will be responsible for maintaining a strong and consistent pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients
- Driving the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
- Meeting regular sales targets and contributing to company growth
- Travelling to client sites as required (a full UK driving licence is essential)
