The Opportunity
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive our commercial expansion
across the UK, Europe, and the US. This role will focus on winning new business,
managing high-value accounts, and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and close new business opportunities in key international markets
Build and manage relationships with existing clients
Identify market trends and provide feedback to product teams
Represent Company externally at events and client meetings
Maintain accurate reporting and CRM management
Candidate Profile
Strong background in maritime sales (SaaS preferred)
Maritime industry knowledge is an advantage
Proactive and strategic sales mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Based in the UK or Europe (visa sponsorship available if required)
Compensation
Salary: Flexible depending on experience
Commission:
o 8% on new client revenue
o 3% annually on existing account revenue (where applicable)
