Job SummaryAs a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business by identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, and offering tailored digital solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven proposals and help grow the company's client base.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities via outreach, networking, and inbound leads
Understand client requirements and recommend relevant software or IT solutions
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope and timelines
Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing discussions
Maintain accurate records and sales pipeline updates within the CRM system
Foster long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients
Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within tech, software development, or IT services
Strong knowledge of software and IT solution sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
Proficiency with CRM tools (eg, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with the tech/startup or enterprise ecosystem
Experience selling to technical stakeholders such as CTOs or product managers
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or software development methodologies
