Key Responsibilities:
To deliver New Business sales primarily in the UK. Selling SAAS screening services to companies to meet their business needs and operational objectives.
Sales Representative Job Duties:
-
Sell EBC products in the UK market.

Report on new innovations that will add value to products and increase sales.

Find new and innovative ways of meeting the business targets and objectives

Contribute to the sales team by meeting deadlines and goals

Travels to meet with potential clients
-
Allows team to meet their goals by contributing to a team atmosphere

Acts as a liaison between marketing, new business and Account management
-
Sets up presentations as necessary and make sure that all products are configured for demonstration in an optimum way.

Provide handover documentation to the Onboarding team and Account management.

Invents new and innovative ideas for product promotion.

Support Account managements in resolving customer complaints as it pertains to the products/sales process.

Provides written material to encourage consumers to purchase products.

Analyse the competition to report on SWOT to maintain EBC market position.

Attends events that promote the sale of the product.

Engages customers by finding their needs and resolving any concerns that a prospect/customer may have.

Follow the internal administration and accounting process, advising of any improvement'sor recommendations.
About You:
-
Experience in business development and finding new business.
-
Have an understanding of the sales process.
-
Able to present and demonstrate to prospects.

Proficient in using a CRM i.e. HubSpot etc, along with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel etc
-
Confident in using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for researching, tracking, and managing contact activity
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Confident dealing with internal stakeholders and external partners
-
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing competing priorities
-
Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
Work Environment:

Remote-first, with up to 8 days per month in the office or onsite as required (London or Bedfordshire, TBC)
