About the Role

To lead growth plans, increase market presence, and boost international sales, they are looking for a proactive and results-oriented business development manager. Key Responsibilities

• Find and cultivate fresh business prospects in both domestic and foreign markets.
• Create and preserve a solid rapport with internal teams, distributors, and clients.
• Close agreements, oversee contracts, and lead sales negotiations.
• Give precise sales projections and assist with manufacturing scheduling.
• Analyse competitors and the market to guide your growth plans.
• Attend international events, trade shows, and exhibitions on behalf of the client.
• Work together on campaigns with marketing, establishing KPIs and monitoring results.
• Lead, inspire, and oversee the sales force to meet goals.
• Encourage the creation of fresh growth prospects and the extension of your product line.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, or a similar position.
• Strong ability to negotiate high-value contracts and strong commercial awareness.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• The capacity to function both individually and together.
• The readiness to travel abroad.
• It is quite desirable to speak a second language, such as German, Arabic, Spanish, or French.
• It is advantageous to have experience in the engineering, manufacturing, or waste management fields.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of energising the group.
