Job Description
A leading and innovative IP Video Surveillance manufacturer is looking for a proven sales professional to implement and execute the business development strategy for the region, selling products to distributors and resellers.
Responsibilities- Implement and execute the business development strategy for the region
- Develop and manage the sales channel in the region
- Ensure sustainable growth and achieve sales targets within the region
- Plan and conduct sales promotion activities
- Maintain frequent communication with team members
The position is home office based.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an enthusiastic, energetic, "hands-on" approach
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Strong knowledge of IP Networks, infrastructure, and related hardware
- Experience in the CCTV industry
- Experience with executive relationships and alliances
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; native speaker preferred
Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80%) across the region and to headquarters for training and industry events.
