Business Development Manager - High Street & QSR

What you'll be responsible for:

In this role, you'll support the delivery of the QuornPro QSR & High Street strategy by managing and growing a defined portfolio of customers across the UK and EU. Working closely with our Senior Business Development Manager, you'll develop strong, long lasting customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, securing new business wins and ensuring delivery of sales, spend and profit targets across the QuornPro portfolio.

You'll build deep customer insight to shape compelling account plans, partnering with Culinary, Marketing, Innovation, Route to Market and Supply Chain teams to deliver menu solutions, integrate NPD and ensure excellent customer execution. This is a pivotal role driving the success of the QuornPro brand within the fast moving QSR and High Street channels.

This position will be based remotely with travel across the UK and occasional EU travel as required.

What experience you'll need to have:

• A hands on, can do approach with an appetite for challenge and an ability to prioritise and desire to win in a competitive market
• Passion for all things within the foodservice channel, along with a background of managing commercial relationships with QSR & Casual Dining groups
• Ability to develop excellent relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders whilst building trust authentically and with effective communication
• Excellent commercial acumen, numeracy and presentation skills
• Ability to travel UK wide and across EU when required
• Full UK Driving License
