We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, highly profitable corrugated packaging manufacturer seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their customer base and strengthen their market presence across the Midlands region.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across a wide range of sectors
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to meet customer needs
• Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and logistics to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Proven track record in B2B sales within the corrugated packaging industry
• Strong knowledge of the Midlands market and an existing network of relevant contacts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Full UK driving licence required
