Our client, a well-established Irish supplier of construction and DIY products, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business development across the Dublin Area. This position focuses on expanding market reach and strengthening client relationships in the Dublin Area

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business by identifying and engaging potential customers within the construction and building trades.
  • Grow existing accounts through strong relationship management and a solution-focused sales approach.
  • Build market intelligence by staying informed on competitor activity, industry shifts, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at client sites, trade events, and meetings across the territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, procurement) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Promote full product range to ensure tailored solutions for customers across residential, commercial, and trade sectors.
What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, building materials, or related trade sectors.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with a strategic mindset and hands on drive.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
