Business Development Executive/Senior Executive: Jersey, Guernsey, or London.

Join a leading professional services firm and take responsibility for raising the company s profile and increasing their market share, competitiveness and profitability! Using your understanding of the offshore environment, and pre-existing local contacts and networks, you will provide strategic and practical business development support to partners and fee earners, ensuring that business plans are delivered successfully.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in a similar role, and will be able to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the business to identify mutually beneficial opportunities, and to implement a wide variety of business development initiatives.

You will be able to work independently, with a pro active, ambitious and dynamic approach. You will need to be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of the legal market, including products and services, and will have previous experience with Client Relationship Management systems. Other essential skills include research, analysis, report writing, and excellent written and spoken English.
