We are growing rapidly and looking for ambitious graduates or early-career professionals to join our Commercial Sales team as a Business Development Executive (BDE).
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and be part of a company where your ideas and efforts make an impact from day one.
What You Will Do:
Learn and Grow: Work closely with senior sales professionals, gaining valuable insights into capital markets and B2B sales.
Build Prospects: Connect with key stakeholders at targeted companies, helping to build lasting relationships.
Drive Business Growth: Research potential clients, identify new sales opportunities, and generate leads.
Develop Sales Skills: Make impactful outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Collaborate with a Team: Work in a supportive and fast-paced environment where everyone is invested in your success.
Administrative support: Assist the sales function with maintenance of sales CRM and administrative processes.

What We Are Looking For
A degree or relevant/ transferable skills aligned to sales, business development , or customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and ambitious mindset with a passion for achieving goals
Confidence in working with senior executives (with training provided)
The ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
