A leading Irish-owned packaging solutions provider is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to join its growing commercial team. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service, the business partners with organisations across a wide range of industries throughout Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new business growth across Dublin and the surrounding counties. Working closely with senior leadership, you will have the autonomy to develop your territory while benefiting from dedicated sales mentoring and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within your assigned region.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing opportunities through to close.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted commercial partner.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

About You:

• 3-5+ years' experience in business development, field sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience within the packaging industry is highly desirable, with corrugated packaging or carton box experience being particularly advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
