This real innovator has a reliable supply chain, state of the art manufacturing facilities, an exceptionally high credit score and a strong balance sheet - everything is in place to allow them to reach for the skies. An outstanding Business Development Director with extensive industry contacts is the missing piece of the puzzle. With your help, they are looking to double the business over the next 3 years.

The objective of this role will be to shape the future success of the business; designing strategic sales plans on a national level; and evaluating the company's position in the marketplace through trend and competitor analysis. This pivotal role needs someone with a fire in their belly and a capacity to show innovation; someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table; think outside the box; and open new avenues. The Business Development Director will be a key interface between the company and its customers, so we are looking for a charismatic people person to create strong and effective stakeholder relationships.

Extensive industry contacts, a charismatic people person, capacity for innovation, creative thinking, and the ability to open new avenues and create strong stakeholder relationships. Preference will be given to UK residents with previous experience in the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
