Job Description
Position: Business Development & Administration
Location: London, UK
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development & Administration professional. This role will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company through strategic business development initiatives and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
- Monitor and report on business development activities and results
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Manage and maintain company databases and records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
