• Provide legal counsel on matters related to business crime, including fraud, bribery, and money laundering.
• Handle a portfolio of complex cases, ensuring thorough preparation and representation.
• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Advise clients on risk management and regulatory compliance strategies.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client advice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Crime Solicitor should have:

• Strong academic qualifications in law and a valid practising certificate.
• 3 - 6 years post qualification experience.
• Experience handling complex legal cases within the field of business crime.
• Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
• A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in all areas of work.
