Business Change Manager (Supply Chain/Retail Planning)

We are seeking an excellent Business Change Manager to lead the implementation of new ways of working alongside a Relex supply chain retail planning system deployment.

You will work as part of a delivery team alongside a Business Analyst and Project Manager, owning the change agenda and architecting best-practice operating models with support from the supplier. The role spans the key workstreams of forecasting, ordering and performance monitoring plus others with a heavy commercial team focus.

This is a hands-on commercial change role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and build credibility with senior commercial stakeholders quickly.

You must have the following to apply:

• Proven Business Change Manager track record on supply chain or retail planning system deployments
• Direct hands-on experience of Relex (or equivalent retail planning/demand forecasting platforms)
• Strong commercial stakeholder management skills with credibility at senior commercial levels
• Demonstrable expertise architecting target operating models across forecasting, ordering and performance monitoring
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small delivery team alongside a BA and PM
• Comfortable with 1 day per week onsite (Yorkshire)
